“FNOL (First Notice of Lose) came in tonight:
Lisa with XXXXX Property Management called because a tenant reported that the shut-off valve under her sink is broken. Water is still leaking everywhere, and she doesn’t know how to shut the main off.

Jim will be on site soon.”
