While May is usually a steady paced month, this May is much different for restoration companies across the United States.

While we are usually gearing up for the summer wildfires, this year we are suiting up for the COVID-19. Everyday, calls are coming in with questions regarding proactive and precautionary measures businesses can take during the global pandemic. 

More than ever SERVPRO is looking to hire dedicated employees. At this time we are hiring for office and production positions. 

Office

Admin assistant:

• Answer phone calls
• Take new FNOLs (First Notice Of Loss)
• project coordination
• Use of Xactimate (Estimating software)
• General office duties such as filing, creating and maintaining physical files, etc. 

Production

Production Technicians:

• Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines.
• Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met.
• Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
