Our managers at SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties have taken the IICRC Commercial drying specialist (CDS) class and obtained special certification to complete water mitigation in commercial buildings. With this knowledge, our managers are able to effectively lead our crew chiefs that had taken and acquired the IICRC Advance structure drying (ASD) class. These certifications provide our management and crew the knowledge, and the experience that they have acquired while working at SERVPRO to be able to dry out a commercial building efficiently. There is no job that is too big or too small for our Professionals.

This IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) course is designed to be an advanced drying concepts and management course. This focuses on commercial, industrial, institutional and complex residential structures.
