Kincade Fire Damage update

10/31/2019 (Permalink)

As the Kincade fire continues to cause devastation in north California, today we got great news!

As of today the fire is now 60% contained. Unfortunately the fire burned more than 76,000 acres and damaged nearly 100 structures both commercial and residential.

On Tuesday PG&E cut power to millions of residences and business. However, today there are only about 35,000 people without power. That is great news! In addition some of the mandatory evacuations have been lifted allowing many residents to return to their home.

Fortunately the wind gusts have calmed and temperatures are expected to drop to the mid 20's for the rest of this week.

While this all may be great news, unfortunately there are still homes and families devastated by this unfortunate fire. That is why we will have our first set of crews heading down to California this week.

If your home or business was impacted by the Kincade fire please do not hesitate to call us at 1-800-SERVPRO!
