Water Loss Hillsboro, OR

This home was severely Damaged In Hillsboro.  The picture  reflects several important things. Even when a Water Loss originates on the second floor we can see gravity forced the water downstairs but also shows how the water climbs up the drywall.  The water began flowing from a laundry room at the top of the stairs and it ran down those stairs saturating the pad under the carpet which then spread it to the walls where it climbed up the drywall.  These two foot cuts are known throughout our industry as flood cuts.  The customer was very happy with the final product!
