The water flooded on the second floor, which devastated the areas below it.   The Laundry room Washing machine apparently ran for an entire day.  This home had gorgeous hardwood floors that even included a perimeter detailed maple wood inlay.  These customers had installed them recently and were not ready to replace them.  Because they chose SERVPRO, we were able to keep their floors in place.  We had to find a very unique hardwood and the inlay to match the area removed during the dry out.  We then sanded, stained and refinished all the wood flooring on the first floor.  The customers were blown away with the beauty of their hardwood floors again!
