Beaverton water leak turned to Mold job
The water that job originates from this job came from a broken PVC pipe that was in the wall between kitchen and the garage. Once we started our process to dry out the structure, we found that once we remove the cabinets there was microbial growth all where the cabinets were as well as behind the back slash. The Microbial ended up spreading onto the subfloor as well.
Due to the amount of microbial we were required to cut out the drywall and the subfloor, then placed a temporary plywood floor to help eliminate any potential safety hazards.
With all of the microbial was removed the plumber was then able to fix where the leak original came from and the customer was able to get started with repairing the house.
