Nick McGinnis

Nick McGinnis is an Owner and acting General Manager of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County/ SERVPRO of Lincoln/ SERVPRO of Polk/ SERVPRO of Salem West/ SERVPRO of Hillsboro/ SERVPRO of Forest Grove/SERVPRO of Yamhill/SERVPRO of Tillamook. Nick has over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Nick holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, commercial Drying Specialist, Trauma and Crime scene cleanup, Heath and Safety, Odor, Subrogation, and has gone through Introduction to Mold. Nick is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Nick is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery. Nick has participated in Storm Response to New Mexico, North Dakota, New York, New Jersey, California (3 separate times) and Portland.

Nick enjoys bow hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Matt McGinnis

Lead Project Manager Construction Division:

Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Efren Hernandez

Efren has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for four years. Efren is one of our trained and trusted Water Technicians.

His joy for helping customers shines through, Efren truly loves to wake up and come to work every day as it is always a new adventure for him with each day providing new jobs and challenges to overcome.

Efren is the team jokester and loves to pull pranks on his fellow coworkers. Efren's main goal after helping customers in a disaster is creating strong and positive relationships with his colleagues and customers.

Linda Chavez

Linda has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for ten years. Linda is one of our Crew Chiefs and brings years of experience and knowledge along with being Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician.

Linda loves to spend time outside of work with her family on the Oregon Coast playing in the sand, waves, and all that the North Coast has to offer. Linda is fascinated with classic cars and loves to spend weekends at car shows picking out her dream cars. Linda is a cleaning machine, if she is not at work cleaning she also likes to make sure her home is kept spotless and spends time keeping her home sparkling.

Benito Abad-Rodriguez

Benito has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for nine years. Benito is one of our trained and trusted Fire and Water Technicians. Benito is our most tenured team member and has 13 years total in the restoration industry. Benito has been trained in all aspects of SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counites' work from water damage, to fire damage and even biohazard cleanup jobs. Benito is a valuable member of our team and helps to put the minds of our customers at ease.

Yolanda Garfias Gonzalez

Yolanda has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for four years. Yolanda is one of our trained and trusted Fire Technicians.

Yolanda was born in Mexico and dreams of one day returning to Mexico after her home is done being built. Yolanda works to help make the SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties environment as fun and stress-free as possible for her fellow teammates.

Joe Carpenter

Joe has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for one year. Joe is one of our trained and trusted Water Crew Chiefs.

Joe is an avid gun enthusiast and loves to teach people safe and proper firearms handling procedures so others can safely engage in the activity. When Joe is not working, he enjoys being out in the wood hunting any chance he gets.

Joe has always loved pets and believes a home with just one dog is hardly home at all. Joe Currently has 3 pups at home and is always open to adding more to the family.

Maura has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for one year. Maura is one of our trained and trusted Fire Technicians.

Maura competes with Griselda for being one of our most sociable employees. You'll never catch Maura in a bad mood.

Maura created an impromptu teambuilding activity by inviting all of our employees to her daughter's Quinceañera. Our team had a blast celebrating alongside Maura and her family.

Maura originally started working with SERVPRO of Yamhill and Tillamook Counties when she was hired as a temporary employee during a large loss, but her hard work and positive attitude quickly made her a team member we could not say goodbye to.

Monica McGinnis has been involved with the company since the beginning, 13 years ago. She has been working part-time since the 2020 and has moved into the Office Manager position.

Outside of work Monica enjoys photography, crafting, riding motorcycles, hunting, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

Jenn Benavidez

Jenn is the Business Development Manager & Production Coordinator. She comes to us as a previous marketing manager. Prior to that she worked 15 years in the insurance industry. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Very attentive to customers' needs and always ready to help! She is IICRC Certified in Water & Fire. In her off time, she enjoys her family, fury animals, fishing, adventures, volunteering and is a Keizer Chamber Director.

Amber Flamand

Amber Flamand is our Business Development Support Coordinator, working out all our locations. She enjoys helping others be their personal best. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 sons and taking in the Great Outdoor
